Righteous Oaks International School (ROIS) is a Montessori-based international school in Mowe, Ogun State — where every child is capable of growth when given the right environment, the right guidance, and the opportunity to learn at their own pace.
Our story
Why an oak?
Our crest shows what we believe about children: a tree growing straight out of an open book. Learning is not a container we fill — it is a seed we water. Give a child good roots, honest soil and steady light, and the oak does the rest.
We are more than a school. We are a community committed to raising confident, capable, curious and well-rounded children — children who can think, communicate, create, solve problems and approach life with the right attitude.
ROIS was founded with one question in mind: what does a child become when the environment is prepared with love, the work is real, and the adults around them model the life we want them to live? Our answer is a campus in Mowe where the gates open at 7:45 to music, the work cycle runs long and calm, and the motto is practised before it is ever taught.
Our conviction
We don't compare children. We develop children.
Every child comes to us with a unique personality, ability, pace and potential.
Our responsibility is not to force every child into the same mould, but to understand where each child is, identify what they need next, and intentionally help them grow. From the early years through primary education, we pay attention not only to what a child knows, but also to how the child thinks, learns, relates, communicates and responds to challenges.

More than good examination scores
Strong academics should produce more than scores. A child should be able to read and understand, calculate and reason, communicate ideas, think critically, work with others and apply knowledge to everyday situations.
